NULS社区理事2019年12月工作报告（sue）
NULS community councilor’s Work report in Dec,2019(sue)
概要
2019年12月初经过11月的投票选举，成立了第一届社区理事会；与此同时，第一届社区理事会内部也选出我成为第一届社区理事会轮值理事。我深感任务的艰巨，不光是因为没有经验可以借鉴，更重要的是社区理事存在不同的职业背景、文化背景、语言障碍以及理解障碍。
如何让社区理事会先能够正常工作并且能够较为流畅的工作，是我12月的首要工作重心。经过思考我主要通过四个方面来实现它：
1.构建正常工作交流及所需信息的承载地、工具、文档、流程；
2.做好理事会议前中后的准备、组织、召集、记录并督促；对可能会导致低效会议的各种状况进行引导；
3.对现有工作进行基本分工；
4.引导理事们在各自领域中开展具体的下一步发展计划。
In early December 2019, the first community council was established after the election in November.At the same time, I was also elected as a rotating member of the first community council.I am deeply aware of the difficulty of the task, not only because there is no experience to learn from, but also because community directors have different professional backgrounds, cultural backgrounds, language barriers and understanding barriers.
How to make the community council work properly and smoothly is my priority in December.After thinking, I mainly realized it from four aspects:
1. Build the bearing place, tools, documents and process of normal work communication and required information;
2. Prepare, organize, call, record and supervise before and after the board meeting;Guide situations that may lead to inefficient meetings;
3. Basic division of labor for existing work;
4. Guide the directors to carry out specific development plans for the next step in their respective fields.

The specific work I have completed so far is as follows:
1.设计各类理事会内部管理及运转的具体工作文档，包括社区理事信息汇总表、社区理事会记录表等；除沟通群外，另外建立了内部工作沟通协调的看板工具，将各项日常工作信息和沟通承载与此。
1. Design specific working documents for the internal management and operation of the board of directors, including summary table of information of community directors, record table of community council, etc.;In addition to the communication group, another set of internal work communication and coordination kanban tool, the daily work information and communication bearing this.
2.组织理事缴纳理事押金,建立记录档案；
Organize directors to pay deposit and establish records;
3.组织、召集、主持并记录12月NULS社区理事会会议，引导社区理事们对NULS社区以下各项工作展开讨论：
（1）引导对NULS社区已有工作进行分工并提出推荐人，具体包括NULS大使、NIP修订、地区合伙人；
（2）对西方预算提案遇到的执行问题进行讨论；
（3）对steven使用商业基金进行polispay项目的提议进行讨论；
