作为国内学生，春节本应是和家人一起团聚，暂时放松，享受充足年味而且不用赶DDL的日子。

As domestic students, the Lunar New Year is supposed to be a time for family reunions, a temporary relaxation from catching up with deadlines, and a taste of the celebrating atmosphere.

但今年，因为一场疫情，一切都变得不再一样！

But this year, everything has changed due to the outbreak of virus 2019-nCoV!

我们每一个分散的个体，聚集成一股力量，站在武汉的背后，站在中国的背后！

我们的名字叫“留学生”。我们始终是有中国心的世界公民。

We are individuals scattered around the world, yet we unite as one, and stand with Wuhan and with China.

1月23日，武汉因肺炎全面封城！

On January 23, the Wuhan--the city where the was first identified--was quarantined.

1月24日，武汉市红十字会向社会公开募捐物资，武汉各个医院中医护人员的一袭防护用具却接连告急，奋战在一线的医护人员即将暴露在危险中。万分危急之下，他们只能用自己年轻的血肉之躯去与病毒抗争。眼里的血丝混杂着泪水，似乎一场滂沱大雨也不能诉说他们的无助。

On January 24, the Red Cross Society at Wuhan started its public fundraising campaign for money and medical supplies. The medical staff at hospitals in Wuhan are exposed to danger as their protective gears run out. In this critical situation, they have to combat the virus with their young flesh and body as the shield. With tears and exhaustion; their furstration and helplessness are left untold.

我们每一个人，都亲眼见证了这一场不见硝烟的战争的开始。这场战争我们一定能赢！

Every single one of us has witnessed this war against coronavirus with our own eyes--a war we cannot lose.

It is also on this day that we decided to stand together with Wuhan and fight for the same battle.

We are North American Students Branch of #FightForWuhan, a student volunteer organization in North America.

我们是一群来自国内外平均年龄不到十八岁的年轻人，我们是国内外高中、大学学生，也是公众号创始人、社团主席、coser、超话主持人、饭圈站姐..

为了武汉行动起来，我们团结力量，募集善款和物资，支援武汉一线的医务工作人员和身处围城中的市民。

This is a group of young people from China and abroad with an average age below 18.

We are attached with "typical" 18-year-old tags: "highschool students," bloggers, club participants and founders, cosplay enthusiasts, Wechat public account founders and more.

In front of the coronavirus, we all share the same goal：we aim to unite, raise money and medical supplies for the medics fighting on the frontline and the people in Wuhan under quarantine.

It is also on this day that we decided to stand together with Wuhan and fight for the same battle.

We are North American Students Branch of #FightForWuhan, a student volunteer organization in North America.

On January 24, we sorted out the most urgent issues:

1. Fundraising!

1. Contact manufacturers around the world for ways to purchase medical supplies!

1. Connect transportation routes between North America and Wuhan for direct deliver of medical supplies!

说干就干，第一步，我们拉起一个20人不到的小群。出乎我们意料的是，仅仅48小时后，这个小群就蜕变成了一个拥有上千名志愿者，由财务组、物资组、宣传组、翻译组、物流组、法务组、北美学生会组、信息组、协调组等各部门组成的志愿组织！

Actions speak louder than words. Our firsr group of less than 20 volunteers has transformed to four large groups of more than a thousand volunteers in merely 48 hours. This volunteer group is made up of The Finacial Department, The Purchase Department, The Publicity Department, The Translation Department, the Legal Department, The Legal affairs Department, a Communication committee with various International Student Councils, the Information Department,the Coordination Department and more.

短短72小时后，截至北京时间1月26日0时，

After a mere 72 hours, by Beijing time January 26 12:00 p.m.:

1、我们已筹集善款超过60万元，但这远远不够。因为我们仍然需要物资，以及运送物资的渠道！

1. We have raised over 600,000 yuan in donation, but this is far from enough. Besides money, we still need medical supplies and channels to deliver these supplies.

• 我们自广州寄出的5万副口罩已经出发，其他国家(德国等)及国内省市（包括广东，黑龙江等）寄出的物资正在持续跟进中。

• 订购的200个1621AF防冲击眼罩正在前往武汉第四医院，帮忙运输的600套防护服也已经抵达武汉四院，五院两家定点医院。

• 50000个N95口罩正在发往武汉市第六医院急救站，年后将发货500个3M1621护目镜到华润武钢总医院，300支消毒水也已经下单。

• We have shipped 50,000 surgical masks from Guangzhou. We are closely monitoring supplies shipment from other provinces and overseas.

• 200 1621AF Compact Resistant Goggles are on the way to Wuhan No.4 Hospital.

• The 600 protective coveralls we helped shipping have arrived at Wuhan No.4 Hospital and Wuhan No.5 Hospital.

• 50,000 N95 surgical masks are being shipped to Wuhan No.6 Hospital Emergency Station.

• After Lunar New Year holiday, we will ship 500 3M621 safety goggles to CR&WISCO General Hospital.

• 300 bottles of disinfectant have been ordered online.

3、我们已经联系到了上海生产紧缺医疗资源的工厂，在北美也找到了诸多可大量供货的厂家，接下来还将对接更多厂家以寻求可靠的紧缺医疗资源货源。

We have reached out to multiple medical supply manufacturers from both China and North America. We will soon connect to more suppliers to obtain medical equipments in need.

• 北美到武汉（北美分LA和东岸两条线路)

• 德国到武汉

We have reached to the police department in Wuhan. They will permit the entry for all our medical resources into Wuhan directed to hospitals in need. Certificates from hospitals will assure our donations are delivered as soon as possible.

Chinese students overseas, their teachers, and their fellow students are doing their best to expand channels to raise awareness towards the situation in Wuhan.

当前武汉物资储备：口罩、护目镜、防护服等耗材紧缺；医务人员即使在除夕夜里也在“一线”无休奋战了将近十个小时。

At the moment, the supplies in Wuhan, including surgical masks, safety goggles and protective coveralls, are in grave shortage. Even on the Eve of Lunar New Year, the medics were on duty for almost 10 hours without stopping.

当我们看到武汉的护士因为没有防护服，白大褂套着雨衣奋战在第一线时，我们由衷地希望奋战在武汉以及湖北各地一线的医护人员能够得到最好的安全保障，及时得到医疗消耗品的补给，将健康风险降到最低！保护前线的白衣天使就是我们每一个人的职责！

When we see the medics in Wuhan stand on the frontline against the highly infectious coronavirus without any proective measures but raincoats covered on their lab coats, we can't help but hope them can be given the best protective measures and to be supplied expediently with all medical equipments to minimize the risk of virus exposure. It is the duty of all to protect those front-line figthers.
